"In my previous job as an executive assistant, my primary role is to be the broker’s main contact person. It was my responsibility to organize meetings, request and arrange showing tours, manage calendar and administer all the appointments for pre-listing before properties get listed in the market. During my time as an executive assistant, it was essential that all the appointments were strictly followed so that the timeline won’t be interrupted. There is also minor task that I do. One of them is to make sure that all emails are logged in Evernote. That is to ensure that if the email is deleted, we can just simply find it to Evernote that serves as our backup.

On the other hand, my major task includes updating contacts in the CRM by adding and deleting contacts. Once a new referral is received via email, whether he or she is a buyer or seller, the new contact will be added to our CRM as new client. This would now enable me to create a to-do and assign it to one of the team for them to call the new client. The purpose of the call is for us to get to know the client personally and set up an appointment to visit the house for the initial listing appointment if they want to sell their property. If the seller agreed and confirmed to sell their property, I would then contact our trusted vendors to set an appointment for all the prep works required to have the house get prepared for the market. That includes, painting of the house, fixing the floors/ tiles, staging, photos and cleaning. Once everything is done and property is listed in the market, Open House is set up depending on client’s demands. If the new client is a buyer, we would set up market reports and send it to them frequently to update them what are the available properties in the market. Once they show interest in a particular property, that triggers my to-do to set up and arrange showing for the client. An offer will be presented to the seller’s agent and it is crucial that I watch emails because all the deals were communicated via email. These are one of many tasks that I was doing when I was an executive assistant.

Before I worked at Brightdrop, I worked in BPO for 11 years. My role was to interact with US customers, provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone. I ensure that I provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience. It’s also vital that I know our products very well as customers promptly asked questions and if you don’t know that answer, that might lead to escalation. During my stay in call center, I was part of sales account for 6 years and 5 years for customer service/technical support. I handled major companies in the US. For sales, they were DirectTV, Dish Network, Vonage and Expedia. For customer service, I handled GE Money Bank and Google. With all the experience I had in call center, I was able to develop my communication skills both oral and written. I have also learned the ability to show empathetic customer service, take ownership and be responsible of all situations. The key to last long in a BPO industry is that you should have a strong work ethic which will contribute a very professional attitude towards all aspects of work. "
