"I had the opportunity to be an executive assistant to a Real Estate agent based in Alaska for a year. This is another feat I am proud of because of all the new things I learned throughout my stay with them. They're a couple team and very lovable people but have the correct amount of sternness in them. We start the day by having motivational meetings and they see to it that I am updated with their daily lives outside the office to avoid anonymity between us. With all the clients I encountered previously, their methods worked well the most because it gave such a positive vibe where I would notice my mistakes immediately and correct them even if there's always a room for errors with my clients. A positive mindset is indeed a good motivation and induces better performance and development on final outputs.
The most recent experience I had was as a Junior AutoCAD drafter for an Australian Engineering Company. During the year that I worked with them, I was assigned to draft the designs made by our in-house engineers into 2D and then render them into 3D. My day starts with daily meetings as my shift starts where the project manager delegates the tasks need to be done. In working with them, I was able to further improve on dealing with having multiple projects on a fast timeline while learning more about the software we were currently using. This to me, is one of the jobs I'm most proud of because not too often do companies outsource remote drafters because any miscommunication or errors left unnoticed can lead to a serious accident or lawsuit, but I was able to take this opportunity and excel. It pained me to move on without them, but I had to.
Another recent one was me being an outsource specialist to a Content (articles) providing company based in the US. I was in charge or reaching out to all of their clients and prospects while maintaining the good relations between the company and them. I also did some research and lead generation here. My stay with them was shorter than a year, but I made sure that I've earned new skills through them by broadening my knowledge on CRM and usage of mailing systems to pull more prospects into using the company's services.
In addition to these experiences and qualifications, I am certain to be able to bring exemplary work habits and judgment to this position and to the company. Moreover, I will be able to carry out my tasks even with minimal supervision."
