    “I've worked as an interpreter in a Gold Mine, interpreting in meetings, in the field and translating documents, working alongside Mine Engeneers, Geologist, metallurgist, Heavy equipment operators and mechanics, This is relevant in a way that working with all the different areas and personnel was like assisting different customers/clients with their own unique and special needs.

    I started as a customer service agent assisting customers with their billing questions, as well as technical support for their services. I worked 8-hour shifts in which I had KPI’s to reach, which were Average talk time, transfer rate, hold time, and customer satisfaction.

    I got in a Trainer role training new hire personnel, and tenure personnel on product updates, during this time my manager chose me to be the sites "Master Trainer" a title that the client labeled and trained me for, which consisted in being the communications and training link between our client's products and our site personnel for product and tools updates.

    Then I got promoted to a Managerial role in which I managed 7 Trainers, the scope of my role was to oversee and develop my trainers which consisted of class observations (room presence, course delivery, product knowledge, was being evaluated) and providing feedback from the observations. Also in collaboration with our operations and workforce team I was in charge of the site's personnel staffing in regards to having ongoing new hire training to keep operations staffed at all times, I would also have monthly and quarterly meetings with our client to review our training departments performance."
