Spring Clean Up 2017
Saturday, March 25th (RAIN OR SHINE!!)
8am to 12pm
Meet at the North Patio

We are going to have the clean up, rain or shine :)

Let's work together to get our yard looking good this Spring! We have several projects in the works; cleaning up winter out of the flower beds, painting the outside of the Bigg House, putting new roof on garage, tree removal, manicuring the volleyball court and play set area. If it is raining, we have several projects that we have planned.

We will have a truck load of mulch delivered. Please bring wheelbarrows, along with your yard tools (i.e. rakes, shovels, spades, pitch forks, clippers, loppers, brooms and gloves). Please mark all of the items you bring with your name. We are in need of leaf blowers, backpack blowers, power trimmers, chain saws, trucks and trailers!

Men's Ministry.... We would love to have you all join us after your breakfast and speaker that morning!! We can have you all work on a project together.

  • Weeding & Pruning

    Pulling weeds in flower beds, sidewalks and islands in the parking lot. Pruning the bushes that have browned out. Raking leaves. Pulling all the vines! Please bring gloves, pruners, trowels, dandelion diggers and rakes. Please mark all of your own tools! Also, if you have a leaf blower and/or wheelbarrow, that would be great.

  • Construction Projects

    Various construction projects. Please bring any tools needed to do the job for which you sign up.

    Taking down a few dead trees around the perimeter and cleaning up property lines. Please bring your own chainsaw.

    Need at least 3 trucks or trailers to haul yard waste to the dumpster. Need 2 people per vehicle.

  • Hospitality

    Help get breakfast/ coffee ready, then sign in people, give them their assignments and coordinate walk-in volunteers the morning of the event. 7:00 am-9:00 am. We will drive around and pass out water and snacks throughout the morning. Lunch prep and clean up when done.
