"I worked as a Telemarketer from 2009 to 2016 for different BPO companies here in the Philippines. I’ve handled different retail accounts such as Amazon and Play.com. I've been a collection agent for Citibank Credit cards. I also supported ATT Uverse and Lenovo as a Technical support and sales agent. Being with Uverse and doing sales is the most difficult but exciting job.
I started working from home in 2017 where I've been a telemarketer/cold caller for about a year for a real estate team based in Florida and US global tech as a technical support agent.
I also worked as a Live Chat Agent for different Dealerships all throughout the United States. Helping customers with their Car/Motorcycle/Boat inquiries and service appointments. Turning potential leads into sales. My most recent job is Technical support thru Live chat supporting a Webinar. Monitoring live events and seminars."
