Join Vancouver’s Ivy Near Elimination (VINE) Squad every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 9am-11am this summer to help rid LeRoy Haagen Park and Tenny Creek Park of invasive species.

The Squad will alternate between City and County parks throughout the summer, so make sure you check the schedule below. Training, gloves, tools, water, and snacks will be provided. Join us for the whole summer or drop in when you can! People of all ages are welcome to join VINE Squad, this opportunity is family friendly and great for teens! Volunteers should dress for the weather and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.

Youth under 18 must fill out the minor consent form and have it signed by a legal guardian and youth under 14 must also be accompanied by an adult. This form can be found by copying the web address below and pasting it into the URL bar at the top of your screen. Only one minor consent form is required for the entire length of the volunteer opportunity (VINE Squad).
