"I have 8 years and eleven months of experience in hospitality.
I was a roadside assistant at Ryder Truck and Leasing from Jan 2009 - Jan 2012. I managed more than 30 telephone calls daily (depends on the case) and ensured maximum customer satisfaction. Normally, I received phone calls from truck drivers experiencing a breakdown on their truck, be it blown tire, transmission fell off, or breaks caught on fire. I gather needed and useful information to process and cater to the best service possible. We call out an on-call mechanic or towing service or service manager in the area and keep everyone in the loop by following up on the case, record case information, and If It's not repairable in the right timescale, we send out a substitute truck. Not to mention the type of customer, be it New York Times or Dunkin Donuts gave a specific special service, we handle every call and every case with care focusing on the main goal - to bring the customer back on the road. Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations. I was trained to read and give directions to our customers using an actual atlas book. After 3 productive years, the client decided to continue their business in South America. I was one of the top agents to be part of the pilot batch for a first-time to outsource business called Copart Auto Auction in the same BPO company and only lasted for 5 months, the client decided to continue their business in the states. I learned to gather and put in data to our internal tools. I developed the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task. I've gained a great deal of experience in problem-solving and polished my communication skills.
In the same month of 2012, I was able to be part of Avis and Budget Group in a different BPO company. I was a car rental Reservation Agent from May 2012 - Mar 2014. I book, modify, cancel and process refunds on a car rental reservation. I experienced providing directions to the nearest shop too. The client-focused their business in the US and Canada.
I humbly say I was one of the top performer agents of Avis and Budget Group to join the management closing the deal with United Airlines. I was a Travel Advisor from Mar 2014 - Dec 2017. I used excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills to provide exceptional service to every customer. Resolved customer complaints effectively and arranged for complementary services to be offered for any case that incurred hardship. Collaborated with Star Alliance Members: Operating Carrier and Codeshare to develop long-lasting relationships with clients - assisted customers to reprotect a canceled reservation.
