Clements' Customer Satisfaction Survey II
WE HEARD YOU! Due to our original survey, we've planned to implement the following:

1.) We are constantly looking to improve on quality from Nature's Harvest! We recently switched from Olivia's to Earth Bound Farms in an effort to bring in product that holds up better.
2.) We recently started small produce tests for all our cashiers. This will help them identify all the different produce more efficiently.
3.) It can be very challenging providing competitive pricing with a one or two store operation. We work hard getting deals from our distributors. We recently installed a pallet rack system to buy more pallets at better costs. We will pass even more deals and savings toward our customers!
4.) We are expanding our Organic produce constantly. We added more space adjacent to its current location near the bagged salads.
5.)We are going to look at alternatives to the peanut butter machine. Grinding at night or before the store opens in regards to those with allergies to nuts.
6.) We have all our organic produce in one section! We have bright green baskets and signage to call our selection out!
7.) We have implemented more demo stations during the weekends for everyone to try new and delicious foods! This is a great opportunity to try healthy vegan, organic, gluten free and local products!
8.) Amy our Chef's Corner Manager is researching new calzone ideas including a delicious spinach one!
9.) Ben our Dairy & Frozen manager is working to bring in new types of yogurt for kids! If you have a request email him at ben@clementsmarket.com.
10.) The Kid's club with have more healthy options! We have some great healthy treats and snacks as well as fresh fruit---and veggies!
11.) Scott our grocery manager is looking into bringing in more varieties of Nissan Butter Top Wheat Bread.
