Vancouver Lake Park is getting a face lift! Over a mile of new trail is being added in the forested area at the north end of the park. At this event we will be clearing brush and leveling the grade to make way for the new trail.

The meeting location will not be in the main parking lot. Drive past the main park entrance and proceed north until you reach the white gate. This is the fire lane that leads to the trail head. We will have the gate open to allow volunteers to enter here. Look for the "Volunteers at Work" signs.

You should wear weather-appropriate clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Please wear long pants, and closed toe shoes, and bring water to drink. If you have tools or supplies (rakes, shovels, hand pruners, gloves, wheelbarrows, etc.) please bring them (no power tools, please).
