"I am a Registered Nurse by profession and my background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and sales environments. Most recently, I was assigned as biller/collectors which my main role was to call out insurance companies for claims process. We have a monthly group target of $1,005,000 and I’ve always hit more than my assigned target which is $150,022. During those days, I got an award for being the top 3 collectors in our group. One of the few things that enable me to maintain my great performance status is that being knowledgeable enough regarding my account, consistent follow up with the insurance companies, speaking firmly with the person in charge and having a strong team spirit.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable patient service skills/knowledge during my working days as a Nurse in one of the Tertiary Hospital in our city.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and power point. I am confident that I can offer you the customer service, communication and assistant skills you are seeking."
