Pre-Adoption Questionnaire and Adoption Contract
We appreciate your interest in adopting a rescue rabbit. We have done our best to ensure that rabbits available for adoption are healthy and of sound temperament.
Somebunny Luvs Me reserves the right to refuse any adoption at our discretion. *No contract is finalized until signed in person by both the adopting party and Somebunny Luvs Me Representative*
All fields are required fields. Please use the comments section at the bottom for additional space, to clarify any answer you have given, or to provide additional information that you consider relevant. If you have any problems using or submitting this form please contact us by clicking here. Please note that any incomplete application will not be considered.
We hope you will consider each of these questions carefully and that the possible adoption of a new rabbit companion is made with considerable thought and advance preparation and not decided upon immediately or impulsively.
******ADOPTERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD******
Please allow at least 24 hours for a response; we are 100% volunteer staffed. After we have reviewed your application we will contact you by phone or email and may request a home visit, photos of your set-up or have further questions. Rabbits will never be adopted out without a screening process which could take a few days. We believe it's important to have their living space completely set up and ready prior to bringing them home. This should be well planned as having a rabbit companion in your family home can be a 10+ year commitment.
