"I've been in the process outsourcing industry since 2011. I've handled different types of accounts from processing of plans, leads and contracts and telecommunications where I mostly did customer service to complaints management and eventually a supervisor to the operations team which I consider as one of the major highlights of my career.
I started working as a VA last year, mainly focusing on admin tasks, customer service, DM management, email management, data entry, simple editing using canva and sending email from MailChimp for marketing and some research."
