I'm Juvan from the Philippines with Customer support and team leader experience for more than 10 years. 8 years on a BPO company (Customer Support and Supervisor role ) 2years working as a VA and Customer support on an eCommerce platform using Shopify and as Lead Generator Specialist for the past year

    Working in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for a long time, I have acquired excellent oral and written English communication skills. Moreover, I am trained to work in a fast-paced environment where everything should be learned quickly and execute the processes significantly error-free and on time. This also involves critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and considerable knowledge in using many software programs.

    Working directly under our CEO before, I've been the one in contact to our supplies in china from customer inquiries to problem with their shipment or updating the status of supplies so I could update it on our Shopify store. I'm also coordinating our customer's issue with FedEx or USPS if our supplier has already done their job to ship out the item but status is still transit or no update. I'm quite confident on speaking on phone and enjoy speaking to people, that's why I applied for this job position even though I don't have direct experience working on a freit company, with my skill set and knowledge I could be able to adjust easily on the new role if given the opportunity."
