"My name is Dolores Del Carmen Bárcenas Loza, I am 32 years old, I have three children an eldest son of 15 a middle daughter of 11 and a youngest daughter of 7. They are my motivation to move forward in all I do in life. I want to give the best possible life style but I am also a very down to earth person with values before anything. And this is what I want to teach my children.
As far as my previous experience ces, I have worked in multiple customer service employment with face to face being the number one, I worked in an insurance company in the United States, it was here where I learned to work with hard tempered customers, having the training needed to deal with customers who weren’t always the nicest or the courteous. I learned to manage their temper in my favor to allow them to leave as satisfied clients; under my responsibilities, I set payment schedules, file documents explain different types of policies coverage and claim procedures. I also worked at a fast - food restaurant, this being the one I most enjoyed, learning. that listening is the first and for most rule of customer service and learning the golden rule ̈ THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ̈ under my responsibilities I had to place orders for products manage income and expenses, keep track of product that was still in good condition or had expired. As well as I had other employees under my leadership.
I am currently working as a cold calling sales agent setting appointments for roofing companies. My responsibilities here are to be self - motivated, to solve problems that can show up in a call with a client. Even though it is a home office employment I have to maintain a clock in a clock out time frame and I have to work with multiple computer programs where I set times keep client information and keep in constant communication with my superiors."
