"Hi my name is Roy and I’m one of the trained and experienced Virtual Assistant. I’m here to speak with you about my experiences and why I feel like I would be a great fit for the role and to your business.
I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years now and my experience has primarily been as a front-line agent. I have been able to develop my customer service skills through my previous roles.
I started working in a BPO industry as a call center agent from 2008 up to 2012. I started with TELETECH as a provider care representative for Anthem Blue cross of California. October of 2012, I Moved to another call center which is Spi Crm as a Technical Support representative for Smart/PLDT. Got Promotedin 2014 as Team Leader and once trusted as an MOD(manager on duty). I was moved and assigned as
PLDT Sales Validations Assistant Team Leader to handle sales and processes of all applications.
I have been exposed to a virtual employment and started as an outbound cold caller offering MEDICARE advantage programs and PHARMACY delivery services.
After that, I joined Rocket station to be an all-around VA where I am fully trained and exposed to Real estate line of businesses. We are trained about Lead generation, Searching properties for sale, doing property comparable to meet a fair and reasonable price, outbound calling and property management services."
