"Hi, my name is Mark Angelo Gallardo, 32 years old. I have been in the BPO Industry since 2009. I was a Customer Support Representative and a Technical Support Representative too. I also have experience in Billing and Sales.
I worked with an Australian company before which is an outbound account. What we do is manually call the numbers on our list an offer them if they want to buy flowers.
Another outbound job that I had was with Suntuity. We do offer Solar Panels and promote green energy. We use automatic dialer for this account.
And then I was with a Real Estate company name Prime Cash Offer since 2018 and what we did was cold calling using an automatic dialer. We ask our prospects if they want to sell their properties, ask set of questions, and also verify the account. We have a sales qouta for this account that we need to reach daily. We dial an estimate of 350 to 400 plus numbers. And I was promoted as a Lead Manager for the said campaign unfortunately the company closed due to COVID-19."
