    I was part of the first batch of Provider customer service representatives hired for a medical insurance account in Iloilo.

    Some of the tasks that I have been doing are the following:

    I assist and answer provider queries regarding their member's benefits and eligibility
    I resolve insurance claim issues related to their coverage information
    I do research regarding claim denials making full use of our tools and resources
    I make sure to provide my clients with the correct information and options to utilize for additional payment
    I provide a clear path to care by being an advocate to my all clients
    I give my clients the best possible service that I can
