"I started working full-time in the BPO industry since 2008 - right after my college graduation. I’ve handled telco accounts in the UK and Australia. I’ve experienced handling billing and tech inquiries, I’ve done some basic troubleshooting, card activation and have been a Subject Matter Expert for new hires too.
Ever since my Mom got sick and passed away I realized that I needed more time to be with my family. Plus, I don’t want to experience the hassle of commuting during rush hour, spending too much for surge Uber or Grab fares, and the fear that something might happen every time you go to work or go home from work alone at night. Thus, I applied for a work at home job. Where I’ve had clients based in the US. I was an Assistant who took care of scheduling meetings, setting appointments, making some urgent and necessary calls at times, I also handled their social media accounts, and was also assigned to do their expense reports every month. Aside from that, I have basic knowledge of some CRM platforms, Asana, Craigslist, Intercom, and Zendesk. Currently, I work as an editor in a flexible schedule for a blog website located in the US. I set up new posts and attach photos and affiliate links for each product before transferring the write-up to one of our writers.
