    " I am Claude Santos. I have studied Mass Communication and I naturally gravitated to getting freelance jobs in the arts such as cinematography, directing and writing.

    But soon, I realised there is a different path for me. I started working in the call center industry with Convergys and loved it. I loved that I was consistently getting a paycheck rather than getting salaries per project, I loved that I was using my communication skills on the daily and I loved that I was learning different things from what I was used to. I worked there for almost 4 years.

    I then transferred to Bosch where I got my hands wet in Logistics. There I improved my multitasking and accuracy skills. I learned to focus, be organised and greatly improved my customer service and communication skills. I worked there for 6 years building a great relationship with factories, clients, forwarders and teammates.

    Lastly, I worked in Aterian, a US based e-commerce/ artificial intelligence company that focuses on consumer data on creating their products and selling all their products online. There, I realised that e-commerce is the future and for my future endeavors, I wanted only to be part of this industry.
