Spring Conference Coach Registration
Thank you for your interest in providing coaching services to women who are registered participants at the Spring Conference and Retreat!

This could be a great way for you to grow your coaching business with new clients and gain more business exposure!

We will solicit referrals for you via the conference website, collect payment for you, and create a client roster that you can pick up at the conference hotel.

You will be responsible for your own scheduling and coaching location. You may want to consider booking a hotel room as your “office” where you can have a prescence and provide coaching services in a private environment – plus you can take the conference hotel and travel costs as a tax-deductible business expense!

For some participants, this will be the first time they have utilized a Coach, so we wanted to make it affordable for them to take advantage of this helpful service.

Coaching Sessions are 50-minutes each and the pay that you’ll receive is $30.00 (includes $10 referral and administrative fee deduction). Please be considerate of each client's expectation to get her full coaching time in, so be careful not to overbook yourself.

In order to get even more business exposure for your coaching services, you may submit a print ready, one-page electronic version of your Promotional Brochure (8 ½ x 11 max in pdf, jpg, or png format) containing your photo (if desired) and highlighting your business/services (Fee: $49.00).

Your FULL-COLOR Promo page will be included in the Valuable Resources section of the keepsake Conference Program Booklet to be received by each registered participant, guaranteeing you even more direct business exposure, as well as another tax-deductible benefit!

Once you submit this Registration Form, you will receive the appropriate invoice(s) via email.

Your payment for each client you coach will be made on Monday, April 23, 2012 after you have turned in your final Coaching Roster with signatures. Funds will be instantly transferred to you via PayPal.

  • You will need to email us the name and phone number of 3 of your Coaching client references. If you are a new Coach, you must provide a detailed list of your training/education.
  • Please do not try to list everything you want to do - please focus on your STRONGEST areas so you can really help women who are seeking assistance.
  • If you checked YES, you will receive an invoice via email and your payment of $49.00 must be received by March 31, 2012.
