AC17 Room Setup and AV Information
Please enter information about your accepted 2017 ALSC program. All information must be submitted before February 2, 2017. Room set-up, AV and description changes made after that date will not be accepted. Please contact ALSC Program Coordinating Committee Chair Eva Volin (emvolin@gmail.com) with questions.

All ALSC Programs are set in standard theater setup. If you would like another setup, please indicate your preferred setup here. All ALSC program rooms will have a podium and two tables in the back of the room for handouts and displays.

Each program will be given the standard set of audio/visual equipment, including:
• (1) LCD projector and screen
• (1) Laptop
• (1) Podium and podium microphone
• (1) Floor microphone
• (2) Table microphones
If you need additional equipment, please indicate the equipment and quantity below. All additional requests outside of the above standard set are subject to ALSC approval.

Computer Use
Each program room will be equipped with a laptop computer loaded with Windows XP, MS Office (includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Acrobat Reader, Internet Explorer, CD-ROM and mouse. If you plan to use your own computer and are bringing a Mac, you will need a VGA adapter chord to connect to the LCD projector.
