AC14 Program Information
Please enter information about your accepted 2014 ALSC program. All information must be submitted before February 3, 2014. Room set-up, AV and description changes made after that date will not be accepted. Please contact ALSC Program Coordinating Committee Chair Charlene McKenzie (charlene.mckenzie@ci.stpaul.mn.us) with questions.
  • Room Set-up

Please indicate how you would like the conference room set-up. All ALSC program rooms will have two tables in the back of the room for handouts and displays. Please request any additional equipment not listed on this form in the "Special Requests" box.
  • Please include any ADA requirements.
  • Audio Visual and Room Equipment

Please fill-in the quantity of each piece of equipment needed. Only request equipment that you will use so that ALA does not incur additional charges. Podium microphones, table microphones, standing microphones and wired lavaliere microphones are standard options. Wireless lavaliere microphones are extremely costly and will be ordered upon approval. Use of a wireless microphone must be integral to the execution of the program.

ALA WILL PAY FOR ONE MICROPHONE PER EVERY TWO PEOPLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Computer Rental

Presenters are encouraged to use their own personal laptop to avoid the unfamiliarity and unreliability of rented laptop computers. Rented laptop computers are loaded with Windows XP, MS Office (includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Acrobat Reader, Internet Explorer, CD-ROM and mouse. If you are bringing a Mac, you will need a VGA adapter chord to connect to the LCD projector.
