    "I worked as a Customer Service Representative with 3 different companies. First was with Teletech, I became part of a Health Care Account that provides the members eligibility and insurance coverage with Eyes and Dental. We assist Providers in giving accurate informations of the members plan. We also check dental claims as part of assisting providers to check the members eligibility and insurance coverage. We also double check if the members already conducted consultation with different providers. Second, I became part of Alorica as a Customer Service Representative. I received calls from customers who want to place order online. I help them pick the best colors and the best items that they really desire. I also help them pay their orders online. I also help them in tracking their orders via UPS and other international courier.

    My last job as a Customer Service Representative is with The Results Companies. I worked with a insurance coverage with the Health Insurance Company. I helped them schedule an appointment with an insurance agent that personally go to their house to talk them with regards to the Health Coverage or the plan they are interested in. I also provide instructions and read them the policies that we have with the Health Insurance Company. I also help prospective members to register via online with the plans they are interested in.

    For the past 20 months of being a Customer Service Representative I experienced handling irate customers. I also enjoy talking and assisting them via phone. It is a pleasure to me if I am receiving commendations from the customers I handled. Being a Customer Service representative is not easy as what others think but I am doing my best to satisfy the customers on what they need. Handling health care accounts was the most enjoyable worked experience I had being a Customer Service Representative."
