"I worked as a Training and Quality Specialist for the customer service arm of a meal-kit company based in Australia. I managed a team of 2 trainers and 3 quality analysts. My day-to-day tasks include attending operational performance meetings, team meetings and huddles. Furthermore, I would also develop training modules depending on the requests from operational team leaders.
The company just started a year ago and I am proud to have contributed to its development. Within the last 5 months, I have restructured the onboarding process and have added trainee-centric activities in the daily training agenda that is tantamount to ensure learning and retention. With the pandemic in the picture, we have adapted to virtual training. This has posed many complications and challenges that were mainly brought upon by the intermittent internet connection, but my team was able to solution them.
Prior to being a Training and Quality Specialist and joining the BPO industry, I spent half of my work experience in real estate. I was an International Property Specialist of a Manila-based real estate developer. I was sent abroad to market and promote condominium developments to oversees Filipino workers. This experience has widened my view about the world and exposed me to different cultures."
