“ have been in the BPO industry since 2009 , so that’s more 10 years already. I have handled different accounts in the past. I started as an appointment setter in a lead generation company, where I gained and developed my confidence in dealing with a lot of people from senior citizen whose qualified for medical supplies to a business owner and CEO of a company. Most of the accounts I handled involved skills in selling, upselling, crosselling ,new acquisitions sales and providing good and excellent customer service.. Weather its a concern about their products billing issues and even resolutions on some of the technical issues they had.
Having a broad experience on taking calls like inbound ,outbound and being an email support, I know that I can be an effective and successful Virtual Assistant. I’ve had an experience as well in dealing with a lot of difficult situations and different customer profile. It has been my mantra to always build trust to all the customers I deal with and make sure to have a connection with them.
