"I have about 7 years of experience under my belt which comprises of digital marketing, over-the-phone remote assistance, lead generation, cold calling, social media management, technical help-desk support, administrative, ad-hoc and clerical duties.
I was also a Technical Support Associate Level 2 for Dell Computers when I worked in the BPO for over 6 years, from 2012 to 2018. I've had the opportunity to develop my skills in Data Analytics and some Project Implementation when I was moved to Dell Dispatch Review Team. I've been exposed to handling team and organizational dynamics, implementing initiatives of company policies and procedures based on analytics after peer and client review during over-the-phone, real-time correspondence. In these settings, we've helped identify business opportunities, assisted in setting out correctives and laying out strategies to address business impacting outliers and drive nominal performance with partners in different regions.
By 2018, I was a Marketing and Sales associate for Thundaflo Ltd., a New Zealand based company which supplies channel drain systems, mostly related to civil and contracting until we expanded our reach to commercial and residential fronts. We rigidly increase our visibility and band of winners in the industry via cold calling/prospecting and creating presence via social media presence on LinkedIn. I’ve also performed ad hoc responsibilities like project management and appointment setting, as well, coordinating with partners to schedule appointments. I was especially tasked to improve the company webpage where I would coordinate with the web developers to check on progress and also provide assistance in providing site assets like illustrations and diagrams of the product."
