“I pretty much handled a variety of accounts since I've been a representative for more than a decade. Most of the accounts are based in the US. I worked with HP notebooks as Technical Support Representative with upselling after-call was resolved. Directv and Sprint for billing and collections. Verizon and SiriusXM as Sales Representative.
One of the accounts that I am proud of is BMO Harris Bank, I started as a representative for a month and then was promoted as Lead support afterward. I have my own team and was about to be a Team Lead when the pandemic happens. I was blessed to get a 10 year multiple US Visa and did visit the US last year October 2019.
Also worked with an insurance account based in Australia that's SGIC / SGIO as process associate. Our metrics are based on the number of renewals and new accounts that are newly signed. AHT is not a biggie since its main target is to sell- rapport is important above else."
