"First job I handled is with the administration of our village where I do all the encoding and documentation for almost a year. I updated the home owner's bill, take payments, invoices and created a handbook for everyone in the the village.
I went out of my comfort zone and applied to a telemarketing company where I handled different accounts every 3months. I book appointments, get leads for my clients as an appointment setter. I stayed for a year and some months. I knew I enjoyed working in cold calling but I need to step it up.
I was able to work with a telco account where I handled inbound calls, sell mobile phones, manage their accounts and handle all the customers concern.
As a customer service representative from different companies for satellite tv and telco accounts, I was able to enhance my skills from sales and collection to a certified technical representative where I felt most comfortable since I always provide the best resolution and help the customers needs.
