"I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I am a punctual, hardworking and highly dedicated person. I can work under any conditions in any circumstances. After I graduated I worked at a BPO company which is MDOS healthcare services for 1yr and 4months as a Dispatcher. The focus of my work as a dispatcher is to make a route for our home visiting doctors, call patients to schedule a visit then call them again the day before the visit for the timeframe and on the day of the visit I communicate with the Medical Assistant of the doctor to where they are at then call the customers to inform them about the ETA to avoid missed visits and escalations in the near future.
And my second and recent BPO work is at Metropolitan warehouse and deliveries for 2yrs as a customer service representative and what I do is take calls, issues and complaints of our customers regarding their scheduled delivery and updates on their orders and items. Also communicate with our warehouse to resolve the needs and requests of our customers so I believe that with credentials and my willingness to learn new stuff will qualify me for the job."
