My experience working as a Customer Service Representative for AT&T has taught me how to actively listen to customers’ requests confirming full understanding before addressing concerns. While working as a Senior Sales Associate for Expedia I learned how to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
My most recent job experience is being a Case Manager for JetStream APS which is a third-party medical record retrieval agency wherein my responsibilities were mainly focused on retrieving medical records from different medical facilities all over the United States. Being a Case Manager has helped improve my problem-solving skills that led me to come up with solutions in order to meet our clients' deadlines. I am sharing this with you because I want you to have an idea of what I can do and achieve if given the opportunity to be a part of your team.
