“My most recent work was with Home Depot it was for 2 months and it was just a part-time job with no benefits and no contract, for them, I work in the Customer Service and Client satisfaction position, a brief description of my job duties were to answer inbound calls from clients that have a problem with there purchase in-store or online if the part was defective or damaged, I place the fixing or replacement order of the part with the vendor and send it straight to the customer.
One of the things I enjoy the most about this job was to be able to assist customers and at the end, we send a survey to them and to know they rate your job and help as excellent is just the best part of your day.
Prior to this job I work for a call center called Bridge Solutions Center for the account under Fast Money Loans, with them I work for the Customer Care, Sales, and Collection departments and have a lot of communication with the customers from beginning to end. The position of Customer Care was really hard to do because 80% of the customers called because the tax that was listed was different and it was really high, so most of the calls were from customers screaming or really angry, the best part, if I can say, was when you fix this issue with the help of the sales department and the customer thank you for helping them, some started crying because they really needed the money and knowing you make someone happy that's the best part."
