For the past 6 years, I have worked remotely as an Inbound Appointment Setter in the automotive industry. My responsibilities include handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, gathering accurate customer and vehicle information, and coordinating with dealerships to ensure a smooth customer experience.
I also have over a year of experience as a Team Leader, where I provided guidance and support to team members, handled escalations, monitored performance, answered questions, and helped the team meet its goals.
