" I have worked in the Call Center industry for 10 years. All these years have been relevant to me because I have learned something from each job and that has helped me become better and more efficient in this industry.
I started as a customer service representative and honed those skills to grow within the companies I’ve worked for. I’ve never been shy to face a challenge because it’s through challenges and adversities that we grow. Learning from mistakes and seeing the rocks on the road as stepping stones instead of stumbling rocks is what has made me better.
I have done Customer Service; Outbound and Inbound sales; Escalations; Trainings as well as Back Office work. The last one gave me the opportunity to become well oriented with the mechanics of the business and be in a better position to provide insight before issues became problems."
