"My name is Manuel. My own work history includes more than a decade of teaching music in both English and Spanish, three years of customer support experience in VoIP technology as an Operations and Support Technician. This led me to manage a group of workers that would concentrate on two of our biggest US clients by maintaining telephony nodes assisting them around the clock with their systems through written and spoken communication.
Since last year I've been working as a Translator for American and Hispanic clients all over the US in Legal calls, Insurance, Technical support, Billing, 211 and 311 calls, Emergencies, Hospital appointment scheduling, Physical tests, Interviews to populate hospitals and government databases, Psychiatric calls, Roadside assistance, Basic services, Medicaid and Medicare."
