    "My name is Naarah Faye Mariano.
    I started working on BPO industry way back 2017 in which I was hired as sales associate for a telco account and only after a year I was then promoted as a Quality Analyst for the same account.

    I have experience Inbound and Outbound calling as well as coaching agents and assessing on how to improve in their KPIs. However due to pandemic I was forced to leave my work and applied as homebased Quality Evaluator/Sales coach for a company based in Tampa Florida in which I handled sales account too. During this time, I’m also doing cold calling like setting appointments and closing sales. After a month, I got promoted as a Senior Quality Evaluator wherein I handled and supervised my own team of Quality Evaluators to ensure that they were dialing quality leads and the information in their CRM tool were all accurate.

    So, I basically am a Sales person in my 4 years of experience and I’m pretty much confident that I’m good fit in what you are looking for."
