"I have worked as a Customer Service representative for a large BPO that handled GM. I can say that I am familiar with automobile terms. We were trained to pacify irate customers who had issues with their vehicles, and make sure to provide excellent customer service. I have had sessions of CEB (Customer Experience Blueprint) training with one of the companies that I have been with. The training provided me with priceless information that I am still using to be able to provide excellent customer experience. The campaign that I have handled is an outbound TELCO account. I am very particular with time, I value my time so I value the time of others. I am very independent. I work with less supervision, and this was manifested in my work from home stint."
