The above provided answers are complete and factual to the best of my knowledge. I understand that I am fostering animals on a volunteer basis for Rescue Partners of Granville County SPARE, Inc. The Rescue Partner will be responsible for the cost of any required vetting, medical or emergency care. As the foster, I agree to provide adequate care (food, water, shelter) and agree to immediately notify Granville County SPARE, Inc. or the Rescue Partner of any health or behavioral concerns that may arise. I understand that, should I decide to no longer foster this animal, I agree to give Granville County SPARE, Inc. or the rescue partner 48 hours notice in order for alternate arrangements to be made. To the extent permitted by law, I hereby hold harmless and release Granville County SPARE, Inc. from any loss or liability related to my fostering activity, including loss or damage to person or property.
