"Thank you so much for the consideration that you have given me. Attach to this letter is a copy of my CV and work experience. I have worked for the BPO industry for the past 5 years. I have experience in terms of technical support, customer service, financial analyst and sales.
Included in my CV are work experiences which include working for Comcast as Technical, customer service and sales representative for both chat and voice account. I have also worked with Barcly’s a financial institution handling finances and credit card services.
I am a multi-faceted individual who is capable of multi-tasking and management. I have experience of functioning as both a chat representative, internet/phone technician as well as a mobile technical support as well. I’m also a registered nurse and a licensed teacher. Im currently working an English Tutor on line for both Kids and adults.
If there are any new skills or programs that you need me to attend in order to further upgrade or add to my knowledge and skills, I’m willing to undergo training if necessary. "
