CCRCNY Small Dogs - Foster Application
We have offered to help our local SPCA with some of the hoarding dogs they recently took in. We are looking for foster homes in the Syracuse NY area. All of the dogs will be male dogs with typical issues you see from dogs that aren't socialized properly.
