CapABLE is a junior triathlon team led by One Stone high school students who hope to foster relationships through athletics between youth of ALL ABILITIES (physical, emotional, developmental, etc). We will compete in the West YMCA's Steve Andrews Fall Sprint Triathlon on Friday, September 15th and Saturday, September 16th. A One Stone high schooler and a small group of elementary school-aged kids of mixed abilities ​will support each other in preparing for and competing in this race, redefining what it means to be an athlete for all involved.​

*No Y Membership is required to participate.*

Registration is FREE and any adaptive equipment needed will be provided by Boise Parks and Rec's "AdVenture" program. ​​

There will be a pre-race "prep" session on Monday, September 11th at the West YMCA (5959 N Discovery Way, Boise, ID 83713) from 4-5pm. Participants will meet their team and decorate their race tshirts.
