This may include a product or image associated with your event. If you are submitting an event which attendees create a project you must submit a photo of the final product. No events of this kind will be confirmed or advertised with out a proper photo.

Please create your ad in both a horizontal view and vertical view, as our signage space varies about the clinic. Please try to use a natural, earth tone color scheme in your ad. Please send in a word or photoshop file. Animal Doctor reserves the right to edit any items we post in our clinic. Thanks for your understanding!

| Animal Doctor space rental fees.
|
Animal Doctor receives payment from attendees (Which allows for Visa/MC/Disc, check and cash payments) Animal Doctor then pays you after the event, as an Independent Contractor (1099), 80% of the class fee. You accept payment by attendees and rent the classroom at the rate of $20 per hour. With a minimum of 2 hours. Other- Depending on the event Animal Doctor charges the above fees. Please check the box you prefer. Your request is not guaranteed. Class type and set up time factors into our fees. We will let you know at the confirmation which pricing structure is chosen.
Our fees cover the employee cost and Animal Doctor overhead to provide the following for your event:
- list your event on our website
- list your event on Facebook and send updates to Facebook fans
- list your event in our newsletter that we email to all our clients
- we create a sign up list and take care of signing people up for the class
- we create a poster to advertise your event in the clinic (with pictures and text you provide when you fill out the online form)
- we post your event on our event chalk board in our reception area
- we list your event on a quarter sheet paper flyer handout we give interested clients
- day of: we clean and prep the room (cats live in there so it gets messy)
- we provide water and cups, bathroom etc.
- we provide a tv, couches, we also have tables (standard 6' we have 3) and fold up chairs we can bring in
- we can provide a hook up to your laptop to show your screen on the tv (prior notice required)
- anything other needs just let us know and we will do our best to fill your needs!
