"I have worked for different lines of businesses ranging from sales, customer service, e-commerce, and real estate. I have first worked as a sales consultant for Logotech wherein I would source out small businesses and offer them our logo making services. This experience taught me how to approach business owners and help them make a design that would best suit their needs. It has taught me how to be detail oriented and keep track of the specifications of each client.
I have also worked as a customer service representative specializing in Up-Selling for American Express. This role has specifically taught me to truly recognize a client’s “true need.” We had several cards and benefits to choose from, and if you don’t listen to what your client truly needs then you would not be able to provide them with the correct product. It has also taught me patience when it comes to really difficult and irate customers.
I have also worked as a virtual assistant for a real estate company. This role was a mix of administrative tasks, cold calling, lead generation, customer service, and sales. I was tasked to look for agents and home owners and find potential properties that we could purchase. I would have to analyze the After Repair Value versus the repairs needed and check the profit margin. I would also help with social media management and craiglist posts."
