"I am very excited to be part of the team since I have worked with all types of channels (voice, chat, email) for a well-known BPO company for almost 5 years. Started as an agent and got promoted after 2 months since they have seen potential in what I am doing. I wanted to prove myself and excelled performance on my current position. After proving myself for 4 months consecutively I got another promotion and fulfilled my dream to be a team manager. Despite the additional tasks that I have to do, what I really liked about being a team manager is the interaction between my people and me. I can say that communication would be the most needed skill to be a good leader.
I looked for a part time job while I am working as a team manager, luckily found this small real estate photography online and got hired as a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER. I learned new things with this experience that I will never learn while working with BPO like, using WordPress, doing backlinks and using photoshop. What I really enjoyed working as a VA was the passion to be productive and work with integrity, because most of the time you'll have to work without a direct conversation with your client about what you should do on a daily basis. I have gathered all the skills to be a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT in relation to my 4 years of work experience as a VA."
