"I have a year and eight months of work experience as a Technical Support in a BPO company where I answer incoming calls from customers and help them process their orders. I handled both technical and non-technical devices which also includes sales. I had the opportunity to complete numerous troubleshooting training programs and during my stay, I’m proud to say that I’ve been awarded as one of the Top Performing Employees for the year 2014.
Next to it, I have had the chance to work overseas as a Medical Secretary in a Healthcare Facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I stayed there for a year doing administrative and clerical work. I do Nurses schedule and list patients appointments given to them by their doctors. It's more of scheduling appointments, processing forms and keeping records and files. Unfortunately, there was a recession at that time, which is the reason why I decided not to renew my contract and went back home for good.
Two months later, I was able to find a job as a Virtual Assistant still in a BPO Company. I work as a Freight Forwarder where I assist customers with their shipments until it arrives at the Freight location and is ready for pickup. After two years of my stay, I got promoted as an Account Specialist and Trainer of the Team."
