"I’m Nero Ribates. I have a solid background on Customer Relations, Corporate Sales, Business Development, and Administrative Systems tasks. With nine years of work experience, I believe I have sufficient knowledge on work ethics and how to deal with colleagues and clients properly and respectfully.
I have worked with several Business Processing Outsource (BPO) for the past few years since 2006 including the bank industry, insurance, telecom, real estate, and waste-to-energy. My average handling time on calls have been exceptional, I have always reached my KPIs, and I have no attendance issues. After joining the BPO industry, I flew abroad to serve as a Human Resources Generalist where I spent two years doing administrative systems tasks including recruitment, 201 filing, and compensation and benefits. I shifted my career to real estate corporate sales in 2018 and have been awarded as their Top Sales Performer for over five times.
Recently, one of my clients in the corporate sales hired me to be a Business Development Director in his startup company and I have been working on business development, marketing and sales ever since. Since this pandemic has begun, our business has gone south and it might take us more than a year to recover."
