During this event every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any race there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In signing up for this event you assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that to your knowledge you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude you from such an event. If you do have any medical issues that maybe of concern you further agree that a physician has cleared you to participate in the race.
I agree to abide by the Get Fit Guernsey Try a Trail run rules (explained at the race briefing). I declare that I am medically fit to compete in endurance sports. I participate in this event entirely at my own risk. I agree that no liability whatsoever will be placed upon Get Fit Guernsey for any injuries sustained, or for any loss or damage to personal property or equipment during this event. I accept that the details on this form will be held in a computer database.
