Our Models Receive discounted pricing on selected services.

A Reservation fee required to participate. Due to the time, product and resources involved in a model call session, this fee prevents and covers "No-Shows."

The Reservation fee can be applied to a future visit that is regular priced.

This form is for customers who are seriously interested in our Model Opportunities.

All appointments are confirmed through email. To receive your appointment confirmation, enter a valid email address and mobile number. This information is only used to send confirmations, updates, and reminders.

These appointments are usually scheduled for Sundays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays.

- Models MUST come with their hair detangled and ready to b.e serviced - Shampooing NOT required (you will be shampooed)
- PHOTOS before and after will be taken.
- Models need to know that they'll be on salon time. So if you have a time crunch this option is not for you. We don't know how long the service(s) will take.
- Models are required to participate in our social media platforms for reviews, video, pictures, testimonials etc.
-Models are required to smile and be upbeat.

  • ABOUT YOUR HAIR

    Answer all of the questions below. An in-person consultation may be required prior to the actual service for Hair Color Models.

  • UPLOAD PICTURES

    The photos are used to see hair length, condition of the hair, and the hairline. So, please do not submit just one photo from one angle. You must submit the photos from different angles. Ex. (Front, Back, Right Side, & Left Side).
  • If you have any scalp conditions such as alopecia (bald spots) or thin spots that may not be visible in the photos that you submit, state so in your comments before submitting this form
  • Demonstration Classes are when clients hair is used during a class setting to teach a specific technique.
    Ex: Brazilian Blow Out, Relaxer, Extensions, etc.
  • We use our Photo Shoots for magazines, advertisements, and our Hair Gallery
  • Choose which best describes your natural hair color.
  • Color Glosses and Semi Permanent Hair Color are Temporary colors that last 4-6 weeks.
