"My name is Maria Sarah Napoles Real and I would love to be apart of your growing team. I have roughly 4 years of experience in a BPO industry. I was a apart of Gas and Light Subscription that is based in Australia, here we help customer get the best rate possible for their subscription. We help them with installations as well, for example Solar Panels. We convert other clients as well to be apart of our growing business. I also handle Retention for this company.
I have experience with Customer Service for a Financial Industry. In that company I' am like a one stop shop, there we handle billings, complaints, undelivered products, and i also upsell. Some of the things that i sell are Card Protect which is a form of insurance for their account in case there was a fraudulent activity. I also upsell Balance Transfer, Credit Limit Increase, Ready Credit Account.
I have experience with Security and Privacy as well. I was a Fraud Analyst Representative, I call customer to verify transaction and to see if they are the one who's really using the card . I also verify if there were changes that were made on the account that may put the account at risk. {I handle disputes as well. Here i can refund the money that they have on the account in case the card was used fraudulently. I also handle delivery concerns for issuance of new card.
