My 5-year Customer Service career was within the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. I have a proven background doing outbound and inbound calls, emails and ad-hoc tasks such as filing refunds, doing projects and mentoring my colleagues. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated great communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in my previous roles that I always receive awards and recognitions for my performance. This may sound weird but I love how stressful customer service industry is. I believe that dealing with difficult customers and unexpected events can be easily dealt with with calmness, open mindedness and smile. ''
