2018 Scholarship Application
(Open to girls living in Sacramento County graduating high school this year.)

APPLICATIONS DUE APRIL 1, 2018 BY MIDNIGHT,
LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Complete all sections of this application. Indicate with N/A if a question does not apply. Applications are only be accepted electronically. Interviews may be required; applicants will be notified should an interview be required.

Scholarship winners will be notified by May 15, 2018 by phone or email and are expected to attend the Scholarship Awards Celebration on Sunday, June 3rd at 3:00 pm.

In order to complete the application, you will need the following:

1. Most Current Official Transcript
2. Two letters of recommendation (Should be from a school teacher, school counselor, school advisor, coach, or employer.)
3. Current photo of yourself
