ICS-Center City 2018-19 Kindergarten Application

This is the application for the Independence Charter School-Center City (16th & Lombard) 2018-19 Student Lottery for Kindergarten only.

Please read the application instructions on our website before submitting your application.

Make sure that you understand the difference between our two language programs. If you have questions, please visit our website, call us at 215-238-8000, or email icslottery@icscharter.com before submitting your application.

You may only submit one application per child. All duplicate applications are invalid. (Please DO NOT click the "Submit" button twice.)

You must submit a separate application for each child.

It is your responsibility to retain your email receipt for your records. If you do not receive your email receipt, please contact icslottery@icscharter.com.

Select the grade that your child will be entering in September 2018. Incoming kindergarten students must turn five by September 1, 2018 to be eligible for the kindergarten lottery. No exceptions. *

Spanish Immersion students receive almost all of their instruction in Spanish, all day long. (Students do not need to know any Spanish before entering the program as kindergartners.)

Spanish Enhanced students receive the majority of instruction in English, with one period of Spanish instruction each day.
